It is best not to use the module with one resistor. The resistance plays a current limiting role in the module, which is easy to heat. After continuous use for a long time, once the resistance is burned out, the module will not light up. LED lights generally do not break. Don't throw away the module. Just replace a resistor with the same resistance value. This can save money for the production unit. In order to reduce trouble and save expenses, it is best to select the module with two resistors. In addition, the production facilities of the supplier making the module should be understood to see whether it adopts anti-static facilities when making the module. If there is no additional anti-static facilities, even if the resistance is not burned out in use, the LED lamp is easy to be broken down and damaged.

Beyond this value, although the brightness will increase, the color attenuation will be significantly accelerated. Therefore, when purchasing the assembled LED module, be sure to test its output current value. The brightness below 20 mA is not enough. If it exceeds 22 Ma, the service life of LED will be affected and the color attenuation will be accelerated.3. Uneven color and obvious color difference: it is mainly reflected in the large luminous words made of pure white LED. During assembly, the performance of a single module is not obvious. After the whole font is assembled, the color difference is obvious. The whole font is like a map, one white, one blue and one yellow.

Solution: white LED lamps must undergo light and color separation before leaving the factory (some LEDs without light and color separation emit pure white, some are blue and some are yellow). The light and color separation instrument is expensive. Generally, small factories do not have such equipment, so the white light produced is generally obtained from large factories for light and color separation. Because it is not the product of their own factory, Light and color separation will not be so careful. Some small factories do not separate light and color. They usually attract customers at low prices. Therefore, when purchasing white LED, don't blindly covet cheapness. You must buy LED single particle lamps or modules of the same manufacturer, batch and color number to produce luminous words of the same batch.

4. Part of the strokes and the whole of the font suddenly don't light up or don't light up when it is on: after the luminous word is used for a period of time, the local or the whole font light source begins to flash, don't light up when it is on, or don't light up at all.
